Unwanted-72 emergency contraceptive pill is an Energency Contraceptive Pill. It can prevent an unplanned pregnancy that may occur due to unprotected sex or failure of a contraceptive (birth control) method. It is not an abortion pill and does not work if you are already pregnant. Unwanted-72 needs to be taken as soon as possible but not later than 72 hours after unprotected sex. The earlier you take it the more effective it will be. Caution : Unwanted-72 pill should not be used as a substitute for a condom or any other regular contraceptive method.
